RETURN / REFUND POLICY:

No return or refund will be provided for any product purchased.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before cancelling your order.

- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will not incur any cancellation fee. However, please note that we are unable to refund the bank charges as they are handled by a third party payment gateway.

- If you cancel your order before the dispatch of the product, you will be liable to pay a percentage of the product price as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

• 24 to 48 hours before dispatch: 2.5% of the product price + Bank Charges.
• 48 to 72 hours before dispatch: 5% of the product price + Bank Charges.
• 72 hours or more before dispatch: 10% of the product price + Bank Charges.

- If you cancel your order after the dispatch of the product, you will be liable to pay a percentage of the product price as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

• 48 to 72 hours after dispatch: 5% of the product price + Packing Fee + Insurance Fee + Transport Charges.
• 72 hours or more after dispatch: 10% of the product price + Packing Fee + Insurance Fee + Transport Charges.

DISPATCHING TIMINGS:

• Availability of the stock: within 5 days, the machine will be dispatched.

Unavailability of the stock: within 45 days at max, the machine will be dispatched.
